Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Fretline Pro subscription and how to ask for it.
01
Who sells Fretline Pro
Fretline is operated by Arkadiy Pilguk, sole proprietor. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refunds for every order.
02
14-day refund
If you are not happy with Fretline Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. No reason is required.
After 14 days, payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make an exception, for example if a billing error occurred or the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the period.
03
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from the billing page in Fretline. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved songs are not deleted when you cancel.
04
How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there. You can also email us at hello@fretline.app with the email address you used to pay, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and card providers usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Once a subscription is refunded, Pro access for that period ends.
05
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply. This policy is part of our Terms of Service, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
